Refunds

Because handwriting analysis is a personalized service, all payments are final and non-refundable once the analysis starts.

Refunds may be granted only if:

• You were charged but did not receive the service

• A duplicate payment was made

Cancellations

• You may cancel your booking within 2 hours of payment for a full refund.

• After analysis work has begun, no cancellations are allowed.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost (24-hour notice required).
